Press On Nails
Once you have purchased your set of nails, first-time customers will receive a free sizing kit. Once you have sized your nails, send your measurements to info@kouturenail.co.uk along with your order number to start the creation process. If you wish to try a different shape + length, a sizing kit will need to be purchased as different shapes and lengths may fit differently.
Each set of nails will come with a prep kit (24 adhesive tabs, glue, wooden cuticle stick, buffer, nail file, alcohol pad), instructions and aftercare guide.
If you're a first-time customer, you will be sent a free sizing kit once you have purchased a set of press-on nails. Once you have received your sizing kit and have your measurements, send an email to info@kouturenail.co.uk along with your order number to start the creation process! Returning customers must enter their measurements in the notes section when placing an order.

The creation time for made-to-order sets is up to 7 working days. Creation time for custom sets will vary.
Yes! If you have a design in mind you would like to create, send an email to info@kouturenail.co.uk or fill out the custom reuquest form!
Yes, the nails are 100% reusable. Avoid the use of acetone when removing your press on nails. If nails were worn with glue, use a file to remove the excess, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol.
Returns
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted as each set is specifically made to your measurements.
